The drama, Kendra Gail Licari’s self-made story is directed under Lifetime Movie Network and is set to be released on the 11th of May 2013 at 8 pm. The Documentary revolves around Isabella Counties’ child molester Kendra Gail and how the world adapts to children growing up and the harsh realities of life, hungover mothers story.

The film will see former Real Housewives of Beverly Hill star Lisa Rinna playing Madelyn, while Briana Skye will play Mia, the daughter who’s thrilling the mother up with a tenuous night out alongside her boyfriend and stretching boundaries of spending nights out.

Description from the LMN promotional ad depicts this well Madelyn saw it fit to find out who the bullies are and helped relate the kids together, Mia starts with a lot of nasty messages, and Madelyn a concerned mother, goes out to find who is after her child and makes the them to help each other. Then it turns to it becomes a case of hundreds of messages: are they always threatened, and is there an oppressor who is closer than she could ever possibly think?

The social media controversy revolving around these posts might have appealed to the majority of people last year, social media harassment of a fifteen-year-old self proclaimed targeted individual case. As described on IMDB, A teenage girl is heavily bullied on the internet, and later realizes that the cruel comments being posted on this medium are from her mother.

Mark Duthie, a Judge at the District Court of Isabella County detained a 43-year-old woman who was accused in the court of sending nasty threats to children aged 14 and 13.

At the conclusion of the trial presented before the jury, David Barberi who was the prosecuting counsel for the case came to a plea agreement with Licari as she still wished to be served justice despite most of the charges pressed against her being revoked.

In order to achieve the desired result of getting back at the girls, she created fake accounts in which she sent impersonated messages using her daughter’s identity, which left the other girls always bewildered and out of the loop.

When she was being given her convictions by the trial judge she was extremely teary and remorseful to the extent of pleading and turning towards the judge saying how she made the lives of her daughter and a teenage girl that she was conspiring against absolutely miserable and immoral.

Even though the counsel had some compassion for Licari considering the time she was suffering from her own psychological problems, he was able to portray the fact that even while defending her he had his stance on the ethical aspect of her behavior.

“Don’t speak so loudly, just take it easy. I am actually sad in this fill in the blank case. In addition, the curse of being a faceless person on the internet has bred this type of humanity who ever behaved in such a manner if only they were faceless, Duthie said as he expounded on the rationale of his decision to dismiss Licari’s application in her case,

The manner and the content of the messages which Licari sent to the Duthie said her purposive intent is best described in terms of one off mistake of judgment. But this was not an impulsive move, but rather a calculated one, designed to portray one of the victims in such a way as to persuade the investigators that one of the victims has sent the messages on her behalf.

Finally, a Michigan Department of Corrections official clarified that there are such accounts as the Prisoner Benefit Fund that receive funds from the Michigan Executive Council and similar activities.

Kyle Kaminski, a spokesman for MDOC, comments, In most cases the committee overseeing spending for these inmates focuses on obtaining cable television service. There is a fund like that which is under the control of the committee.

Detainees are permitted to have a television set, and syndicated programs that may be receiving an airing on the Lifetime Network (one of the cable options available in prisons situated in Michigan) may be watched by Licari if he so desires.

American network Lifetime is owned by Lifetime Networks, which is a subsidiary of A&E Networks, Internet, and Mobile Media that is owned by Hearst and The Walt Disney Company.
