It Ends with Us 2024

Based on the book by Colleen Hoover, revolves around Lily, a child from an abusive background, who is somehow able to transform her life. Lily’s life falls into place when a practicing neurosurgeon comes into her life. But soon, she begins to witness the dreadful picture that she has lived through, with her parents.

For most people, going widescreen especially feature mode is a bridge too far though, It does get disguised in dull moments since such stories are filled in movies irregularly. As for the film adaptations of books, readers should not be shocked if such scenes are for a rhythm shot if some particular scene is appreciative of care shots. I had not read any Colleen Hoover’s daughter’s romance at all and so I could not comprehend the plot myself. It Ends With Us is in part about love and in part about the craving for trauma. Moreover, even if this sometimes unrefined impulse to make the story a romantic comedy turns it into that, It is a movie that goes beyond the scope of a movie. The key idea gets lost.

It Ends With Us follows Lily Bloom as she moves to Boston with plans to start her own flower business there. The only thing she is unsure about is having a romance with the local doctor whom she meets there (Justin Baldoni) but she is determined to ignore her feelings if she has any. After that, a series of events unfold that are all focused on the same goal, and for so story eh case A aims are completely numb on how they achieve their goals. Some of the footage claims that it was filmed when she was still a child, it aims to shed light on the reasons behind her father’s rage and her first experience falling in love. These two, however, do not seem to be a part of the same film and in fact, are entirely different from each other in all senses.

And yes, I’m pretty sure that most bibliophiles will argue that this is not a problem for all the discrepancies but as a narrative in a movie it is rather dull. Most definitively this particular tale could be rephrased In such a manner in a novel which would allow the storyline to be expanded but as it is I think it took the narrative off course in that it was forever attempting to show how all this was likely to happen. But in spite of these reservations, Blake Lively has done acceptable work concerning the portrayal of Lily Bloom. The voice of Sir Liam’sen a model who inspired the character was a bit unnerving to listen to. The character of Lily is however for the most part dull. She is a very cocktail of herself, she is an angry hot sexy babe to a crazy romantic who is very shy about the reason for bursting in without priming why she so did.

Nonetheless, there was this one serious issue that I observed within It Ends While Us which will even cause the most elderly with shriveled eyes to shed tears. Now, I shall put it rather differently the abuse which is so elaborately narrated with gruesome details seems to be distorted as well. It is as if there is some point the writer is trying to make and I wouldn’t be surprised to someone saying that the last scene was the first to be penned down. Now getting there does not sound very exciting, does it? Here is this woman depicted as the worst in this case by the husband and her so-called creepy love Stalker ended up being a nice guy after all. This is how love stories go but such kinds of love always make me feel like cringing while at times to me is a kind of praise.

Now this is a movie that does not compromise on entertainment whether it be the ridiculously stunning cast or the beautiful flower shop. Of course, it did not catch my attention because I did not care about any of the movie’s plot points but it was nice to look at. Boston the city is itself almost a character in the movie. Everybody who falls in love in the movie has chemistry or sparks and even the meeting scenes are hot. Also, even though not every actor is bad, they are so ridiculous it seems like they were cast just to fill out the narrative. So in regards to the novel, I am not able to speak much so much to the blame but I absolutely despised that they even bothered to include any of the other people in the book.

As for today with our scenario, we exist in a dichotomy where love and reason have no way of coexisting and that is basically how we end up. This is a book, for people who dislike endlessly bragging and writing nonsense, it is really impossible to say a single bad thing about this. Lily is an individual who, it seems, has only one form of aggression that is violent and that’s against human beings, and only and sorely against human beings.

As to why I sympathize with Lily, the manner of her violent outbursts is quite disturbing, she napped often and she would never go beyond the minimum to fulfill the objective she set for herself. Based on feedback on the actual movie, the cast and the chemistry slash romance sections are gonna be the only moneymakers. But as a whole, it is not worth watching at all.
